What do I do if my order is placed on hold for content?
Your order may be placed on hold if the print file content doesn't adhere to our Acceptable Content Guidelines. You'll receive an email notification that explains the reason for the hold and what you'll need to do next.
You may need to change the violating print file.
If you have a question about the hold or want to let us know you made changes, you'll need to email us.
While we do our best to review acceptable content holds quickly, a hold can delay an order. Remember to review our Acceptable Content Guidelines before creating your designs and checkout!
